As part of our PGDM journey at ABBS School Of Management, we participated in an exciting Extempo activity!

This activity brought 60 of us together to explore 30 diverse business and management topics. Initially, I felt confused and wondered, “How will we manage so many topics?” But soon enough, I realized what this really aimed to do was learning without limits! 💡  

We dig into the topics in deeply, understanding their meaning, how important they were, and why they mattered in the professional world. In the JAM (Just a Minute) session, I spoke about “The Role of Human Resources in Organizational Success” and emphasized how HR is the heart of any organization. 💼  

This was not only about gaining knowledge but also about presenting confidently and professionally. Our mentor, Kamini Mam, guided us by correcting our flaws, boosting our confidence, and teaching us to maintain a positive attitude.

Such activities pushed us beyond our comfort zones, helping us grow both personally and professionally. A big thank you to Kamini Mam for her guidance and to ABBS School Of Management for creating these amazing learning opportunities! 🙏
